There are four sections in the SOPA Producer Standards: Section 1 Standards of Management, Section 2 Crops, Section 3 Livestock and Section 4 Soils and Nutrients.
Farm Producers are inspected annually and the inspection will cover all four sections.
It is the farmer's responsibility to ensure that all records are up-to-date and available for the inspector to inspect.
All certification activities will be handled by your OF&G(Scotland) Certification Officer. Non-compliances are issued if standards are not being met, including where records are incomplete or missing.
We recommend you use this email address for all Certification Queries, and always reference your query with your SOPA Member number.
If you are looking for Inspection Papers, Derogation Forms, or Record Sheets then you can find these in your Members Portal.
