AECS 2024 successes announced

Scottish Government have published the Outcome List for successful applications in the 2024 AECS. Contact us now to figure out your next steps.

Earlier this month Scottish Government have contacted all the successful applicants in the 2024 AECS round for organic conversion and maintenance funding.

Successful applicants will have received a contract from SGRPID.

What happens now?

It is important you follow the instructions to accept the contract for funding with Scottish Government - this means review, sign and return the contract to SGRPID.

You should also receive an 'Authority to Start' letter from SGRPID - and you should sign and return as instructed. Don't miss the deadline to return your acceptance of the contract.

Successful conversion applicants now have six months to start conversion. You can decide if you wish to start the six month window on the date of the contract issue or the date of the Authority to Start letter.

Your next step is to start your full organic conversion plan and decide on your organic start date.

This is where we can help, so we strongly recommend you get in touch so we can discuss the best option for you and your farm. We can talk you through the key dates and the steps you need to take.
