Lower Mill of Tynet, Fochabers
Gordon started organic farming by renting a small 3ha field from Macleod Organics and purchased some laying hens in 2005. This led to successful tendering for a tenancy on Lower Mill of Tynet near Fochabers in 2012 and from there the organic business has grown and grown. Now Gordon and his wife June farm sheep, cattle, more hens, grow all their own cereals and have a farm shop vending machine and very popular farm gate retail sales.
