The SOPA Evaluation Scheme assesses products that are Approved For Use in Organic Systems.

These are things like soil conditioners, livestock minerals, and some pest and disease control products.

If you are not sure about using a product check with the the OF&G Scotland office before you purchase.  It is a non-compliance to store prohibited materials on organic premises and a simple phone call is a lot easier than sorting out a major non-compliance!

Approved products carry the SOPA Logo

If a product is Approved, but only for Restricted Use this logo will be used
