Extension to RPAC Deadline
9th September 2009Due to the high number of cases going forward to the November RPAC the Scottish Government has announced an extension to the deadline for Case Committal.
Cases must be committed by the 4th October, rather than the 21st September as had previously been announced.
This is to allow time for Case Officers to provide sufficient feedback on the case submission, and for applicants to make necessary amendments to the case.
It would appear that this round will be highly competitive.
